I have ridden several 500's and prefer the 250 but that is personal taste. I have put progressive springs in the front tubes, plus heavier oil. I have put a 97 ZX 600 C shock in the rear, two bothers slip ons and stage 2 kit. I also put k&N air filter in. Tomorrow I start putting new tires on. I had to wait for the tire balancer.
I weight 310lbs and when the weather gets up to 60 degrees in Ill, I will be going from Georgia to Ill and Wis on it. Oh yes, I have the pro oiler and the coffee holder with warmer installed, plus tomtom ryder--also slipped some gel under the seat cover.  |
Sounds like u have made a bunch of cool mods to your bike!
Thats gonna be a long ride but should be one for your memory books!
