Read that link I posted it might help your confusion.
McVulcans bike has all new BAK/EFI and pipes, I have no idea what EPA stuff would be there.
Also bluemeanie's 800 showed lots of HP but he did not post the torque. I suspect that is the downside of his bike. HP is just lots of rpms.
