I order a pair of gloves about a month ago and still could not get it. They did not reply my emails, what I got was automatic replies giving me ticket numbers.

I have 5 tickets that nobody ever contacted me about. After a lot of attempts to talk to them on the phone they tell me that they did not receive the gloves from the warehouse and that they did not knew when they would receive them. I couldn't get my money back, but they offered me store credit although the gloves that I ordered seem to be available on their web page! Like I am interested in doing business with them any more!!!
