probably not. I'm not familiar with the bike, but with wind resistance and lack of HP, you will reach a point where the motor can't push any harder.
It even happens with big bikes. my 1500 with the windshield on it will top out at 105 or 110 just because of wind resistance.
For reference though, I had my 650 at an indicated 135 at 10k of an 11k redline. the extra 1000 rpm would probably buy me another 5 mph. based on the pull I was getting, I THINK I could get there, but without a lonely stretch of road, I'm not going to try it any time soon.
