Yes, I had a bad time with them as well. They claimed to have an Icon Tarmac mesh jacket in my size and color that I wanted. This jacket is discontinued from the manufacturer, so I was thrilled when I found it online. That was four weeks ago.
I tried to cancel my order since they hadn't sent me confirmation, and found that you have to call them to cancel orders. When I call the number, it goes to a machine that prompts you to leave a message and they'll get back to you in 2 business days. Except at the end of their recording, it just hangs up on you. You can't leave a message even if you wanted to.
I called my credit card company and told them to disallow any charges from Ride Gear. I will never do business with them again, even if it is for something you just can't buy elsewhere.
