Whew! 18 was a long, long time ago.
Back then it was legal drinking age here in Jersey, in fact I was among the last 18 year olds to drink, they changed it the next year.
I sure didn't want to be in debt at 18 though, all I wanted was to hit the bars so I could find the 21 year old women! Gosh I miss those.
