I read about the slide issues on the grampsizing paper I found. I’ll check the diaphragm and probably drill out the slide as you suggest as soon as I can.

I have an "opened but new" Stage One jet kit with the adjustable needle if you are interested. It has a 135 main jet in it. 130 was stock on my 800, BTW. I Grampsized it and pulled the smog crap off. Mine already had Cruzers on it, so with all that, I needed much bigger than a 135, so I just decided to sell the new jet kit. Let me know if you need it.
