I have looked at all the parts the hubs are the same so the disc should fit, but the back of the swing arm looks a little different I guess because I cant really see how the caliper attaches to the swing arm. The other problem is making the current brake pedal work with the master cylinder vs the pull bar. Yeah you are right though its not going to be cheap, but the real question would it even be worth it.
