If you've got kids, you just have to accept the fact that the car seat goes wherever you go, just in case. I can't tell you how many comments I got last year at the PA Jeep show, with the car seat strapped into the front seat of the Scrambler. People loved it.

As for the top off, kids love convertibles, though I admit I leave the doors on to appease the wife.
I just don't know why people now think a 4 door is an obligatory part of parenthood. Yeah, getting in and out is a little easier, but once they're in it's all the same. Isn't a little extra effort worth it, if it means driving the car you want?
