Yes. Especially compared to 425. I have driven a Charger SE... felt like I could get out and push it faster.
As for the gas mileage, I can guess that it will get roughly 18 MPG for 80% highway 20% city commute with the SRT8 engine... I am also guessing the V6 will get better than that.
