I have the fi2000r on my 900, as others have stated you will not eliminate the popping alltogether. Running the factory suggested setting 4 - 2 - 0 should be OK as far how your bike runs. I found this setting rich on my bike with just pipes. I have Cobra speedster longs and Thunder air kit on my bike and my fi2000r is set at 2 - 1 - 1 and the bike runs great also mileage is reasonable at 44 mpg. Remember to take all advice on here as opinions only, what works for my bike might not be right for your bike. Also go to the how to section there was an article on there about how to marble your 900.
