oil is under the seat dont matter how much you put in, just make sur it never empty's, also i have the same bike, and yes, you have to rev it like a wild moose to get power, i have had 65mph, (110kph) on a flat but only if you rev it right to the top of its range. and its only a 6V power system so the lights wont be bright, but you battery might be finished anyway, there only cheap
