not if its moving at any reasonable speed like say 25MPH or more, and the cooling system is in good shape.
I can bag on my kx 250 full throttle in the desert, making it pull insanely hard in deep sand, on a day that the temps are 120 in the shade, but I and the bike are in the blazing sun....and it does not overheat.
Thats the most extreme conditions I can think of...if it did overheat its got a cooling system problem, or was left sitting with no ram air, and it has no fan to cool it while sitting.
