Best to NOT try to set up the meanie for comfortable 2 up cruising unless your passenger is a midget. I spent a year turning my meanie into a 2 up bike (mustang dual tour seat, various passenger peg extensions, space for her junk to go along, etc.) and in the end it ruined the looks (imo) and the rear seat was still too cramped. Its not just a matter of the seat, but leg room and seat room for the passenger, as well as the baggage for the 'stuff" that many passengers want to carry. I finally gave up and traded up for a Roadliner.

Better to dedicate it to solo riding and the occasional shorter ride with a passenger and buy a two up machine. I would love to have my liner for trips and my meanie back for cruising around town or solo day trips.
