Can't tell with specifying the distance from the source and the weighting scheme.
I'm currently in a development project with SCCA GT-1 team trying to develop a legal sound control exhaust while creating the least power loss. The SCCA spec is only <104 dB @ 50 ft, using a C-weighted scale. It's amazing how little science has been applied to this area.
