as Far as Bogging down when You rev it up... Check Your carb.one, check to make sure water didn't collect in bottom of carb(float bowl). second, make sure your carb is on ALL the way towards engine.If You removed it ,it feels like it is on but may not be and getting air leak. A friend showed me all this when it was bogging on My '93 KE100. I also ended up having to put disposable fuel filter to catch rust and trash from getting back into carb jet and clogging again too. at least til I runn a couple of tanks full of gas through it.
