My bike was made in 1976, and if has a magnetic drain plug. I just always thought that it was a stock item provided by the thoughtful designers and engineers at Ma Kaw. Still works, catches tiny little pieces of steel.
Maybe it's an aftermarket plug?

Woops, I thought this thread was posted in the Vintage Forum. My Voyager doesn't have a mag plug. Just changed the oil last weekend, so I can remember what the plug looks like.
