well eric i am not some kind of dumb *** i know when not to ride.also i know that something is very wrong with my bike.and i am able to work on the bike but why would i when it is only 3 months old it has a warranty.or maybe you should buy an 08 zx-10r then you can tell what to do with mine.but i am sure you are happy with your bike.this not my first bike here a list of street bikes that i owned 89 virago 750,96 fzr6,95 zx-7r,01 984 firebolt,01 buell blast,01 cbr 6,98 cbr 1100 blackbird,and the zx-10r thanks for you input and have nice day.and the answer to your question are yes,yes don't care and no
