Whoa whoa there. Let's go over the info you provided, and I did.
So you have had a bunch of bikes, me too. I know about you, but if "my" brand new ZX-10 was having such an issue it would be left at the dealership, end of story. Order a new TPS under warranty should be the course of action so a customer doesn't wreck with a faulty throttle., not send him down the road with the bike acting up like that. Keep your thumb over that killswitch. It's your choice not to inspect anything on your new bike but c'mon...don't you think this condition is a bit odd? Your bike should also have on board dianostics and a "tech" should be able to determin a faulty item in a short period of time. Did they do that for you yet?
Good luck with the gremlins and the cursed bike and BTW find another dealership to buy bikes from 'cause if they send you down the road with a faulty throttle on a 3 month old Ninja they have issues and are the real dumb a__es. Actually, get them to open a work order and see if they change thier attitude. Papertrails are great to have.
