well guys heres the update kaw corprorate said that this the frist time that they have learned about any problems like this with the zx-10.They took the bike apart today and pretty much checked everthing out.no sensor problems all vacum lines are hooked up correctly so monday they will hook up the laptop to it to check OBD for any codes and possiable problems with ecm or what ever you call it. this bike has 1300 miles on it and when i pulled the clutch in the rpms stayed wher they were and the throttle was total closed this sucks we have great weather for a ride and time is running out in ohio aNd my brand new bike is in mf shop.to me this is totaly unacceptable for a bike that cost as much as this SHOULDN'T even see a shop except for regular stuff you need done.i will let you know the outcome as soon i we figure it out i still love my zx-10r even though i tried to KILL ME
