Default KneeDraggers

So often you see complaints and rants about poor service from some site or another, but I had a good experience and wanted to give credit where credit is due.

I ordered a helmet, an Icon airframe, from KneeDraggers.com a little while back. When it came in, I found that I should have gone with my gut instinct and ordered the next size up. For me, that's a XXXL...I have a big head. A quick phone call got me a real, live person and I had a return authorization the next day. Granted, I had to pay shipping back to them, but I'm cool with that. They paid shipping the replacement to me, and I got an e-mail to check on how I liked the product, and both my emails about shipping were answered very quickly.

My only gripe had to do with shipping times, but it has to do with the nature of their business. For many items, their ship times are dependent on when they get the products from their distributors. That's fine, they don't have space or money to stock one of everything. They might have been optimistic on their original estimated ship date, but I got the helmet in 7 business days, no biggie.

I highly recommend these folks unless you absolutely need it, like, 5 minutes ago. Even then, try calling them to find out if they actually stock the item or will they be waiting on a distributor.
