There is no mud whatsoever on the block or the jug. I have already changed the filter and the oil. I have checked the oil screen and nothing in it. Valves are in spec. It gets hot, pipe has glowed a couple of times. This is a 4x4 air cooled does not have a fan. The motor has a little tick in it. Sounds to be coming from the valves. Timing chain looks fine. One thing I noticed with this 4 wheeler you never have to use the choke. Starts up as soon as you touch the starter. And it runs fine. It just seems to be over heating. I have another 300 bayou 91 model 2x4 and it doesn't seem to get half this hot.
