you can get what you want by yelling at everyone you get on the phone but that is not the way to get anything long term from them. I know of several that will have problems ever getting anything like good will help from manufactures. you can get black listed at the manufacturer level to where dealers won't even sell to you.
I'm not saying don't keep on them to find the problem, I'm saying try very hard not to go overboard and start yelling, cursing, bringing up their parentage or anything like that. remember the old saying about catching more flies with honey than vinegar.
you wouldn't believe what I've seen the manufactures pay for just to get rid of the customer just to never have to deal with them again.
a buddy of mine had one of the first 04 ZX10R's, had a bad case design and cracked. took them over 3 months to get a new case, he got it lemon lawed because they had it too long.
keep up on the payments though if you have it financed especially if it's through HSBC.
