I use Michelin Macadams on my bike, great tire and they have not let me down yet.

I put some Metzeler Lasertecs on Diablo (130/80-18 rear, 110/90/18 front); they're good and sticky and they're stock. Tomorrow's my first track test, so I'll give you the rundown.

BTW, your GPz900 is to die for, dude.

Tell you what, if I ever put Diablo on the block, I'll tell you first. Looks like you know how to take care of a classic bike.
