Thumbs up KX80 Clutch problem resolved

It's been a bit since I wrote this, but finally fixed it....replaced the cable, and the clutch plates, springs, etc. And went ahead and replaced the seals for water pump, oil and clutch actuator...also replaced the actuator itself...very worn and the pusher and washer along with bearing for water pump and the pusher bearing....On my 94' you have to remove the nut to get the clutch assy. out....no way around...Let me tell ya , wasn't easy...used a breaker bar, impact, nope...heated it ( not glowing red, just a little hot) and some real good penetrating oil.....I have found it'll suck right into the threads, you spray it on when it's hot, let it cool try it again, and then the impact and you got it....To say the least the clutch disc plates were very gummy and worn.
NOW she shifts just fine...no hesitation....Talk to Bel-ray and they recommended 75w for the kx80. Went ahead and got some, no problem.
Thanks for everyone that responded.
