230 to 165 in about 10 months is about perfect! Slow and steady wins this race hun

From the sound of it, you've got that figured out too... if you make the right changes, it's a lot easier to lose weight and keep it off for good as opposed to the hellish yo-yo tendency of 90% of the population. Way to go and keep it going! Those last 10 are the hardest, especially in the coming colder months. I know I'd rather hibernate than hop on the treadmill
