But he was wondering if there was a way to FIX it.. not replace it.
He gave the bike, bit those of us not familiar with the bike or those particular carbs may still have an idea of how to fix a diaphragm.

Like I said... the only thing that I think might work would be Aquaseal, but I'm thinking if all 4 are torn, it's probably because of age, and fixing them isn't going to last more than a few weeks/months before they tear again at another spot.
