Come visit Connecticut. It seems like the dealers are always stocked up on cruisers of various types with less than 3000 miles on the ticker. Of course, they want way too much money for them.
The new bike showrooms, on the other hand, have been nearly empty this season.
Of course, I'm not sure the dealers around here would even let you test a used bike, either.
