what is going to be the major purpose of the bike?

mostly commuting? the 10 you don't have to downshift to go somewhere in a hurry if you need to. not the buzzy feeling of being in a lower gear to have that power.

mostly for carving corners or track use? the 600 would be a much better bike

like he said about insurance, I'm sure the 600 would be much cheaper.
