GOGGLES, or GLASSES WITH FOAM!!! ABSOLUTELY!!! I went the better part of a year with regular glasses... liked the look, fit great, easy to put on and take off... but after a long trip (700km), my eyes were KILLING me. Watering, dry, felt like they were cracking out of my head.

I found and bought a pair of goggles at a booth where we were, and I'll never look back, no comparison. You take the goggles off after no matter how long and your eyes feel perfect. It's a matter of keeping all the high volume, high velocity wind out of them over the length of the ride...
