I wear prescription lenses, so last summer I bought a pair that were like a cross between goggles and glasses. They were light framed, but had a strap and the foam. I freakin' hated them. Not only did they fog every time I even slowed down a bit - yes, I used fog sprays and cloths - but I could feel my eyelashes hitting the lenses. When it was warm out, the sweat would build up under the foam and also get on my nerves. To my surprise, the eyeglass place took them back after two months and gave me a different pair. The new pair was also by RecSpecs, and is called "The Biker". They wrap around close to my face, but not touching, so I get enough air to keep them clear, and no more strap so I can pull them down my nose a bit when I need a little extra air under there. They'd look better with dark lenses, but I am really happy with these.
