I wouldn't advise trying it with the stock tires, but yeah you can totally carve on a 250 or 500 with some good aftermarket tires.

I'd also recommend swapping the rear shock for a better aftermarket one with a preload adjuster and smoother damping for better control if you're after some serious cornering action.
