This was the last week in September, and they said it was tapering off, so I just assumed the season to be about mid September to mid October. Whether they were love bugs, or not, it was still a bad time! We couldn't walk from the parking lot to the room without having to step on the bugs that were on the ground!

Also, I just took the time to check them out on a wiki and it says there are 2 seasons, May-June and August-September, and the picture looks exactly like what I saw...
Cool Beans. If you thought the August- September thing was bad, then don't plan on coming May-June, cuz its a horrid sight. It's so bad, you can't see the paint on the front of your car because the entire bumper is covered in love bugs.

And here's a tip.... if you do get tons of love bugs on either your car or your bike, wash your bike immediately. Love bugs contain a chemical that eats paint away.

Have fun in Disney.... take pics!
