Although he was too blunt about it and told off Tod is another thing, but I think his intention in the first place by letting people with families know, was a good thing to do.... especially if you have family with little ones going.

I don't disagree with that. There are plenty of people who are uncomfortable with someone different than them or than what they think is "right". That's why I just took it in stride as I didn't see any "bashing" in what he said in that particular post. But, there's been other things that lead to it...oh...and just lighting in to Tod I'm sure didn't help!
