+1... same for Palm Springs.
They used to host "American Heat".
By 2005, it turned into a cop-fest and everyone was paranoid of getting cited for every little thing. 2006 promoters claimed 100 vendors... might have been 50, and for the most part, it was dead.
I don't know anyone who went in 2007 or 2008.
