I've been told I dont follow instructions very well so here I am posting what I did. Y'all let me know if I did it right.

1.Removed the switch valve's "T" shaped hose from each valve cover and replaced it with a single hose conecting the two valve covers.

2.Removed the vacuum line from the carb to the switch valve to the fuel petcock. Installed a single line from the carb to the fuel petcock.

3.Removed the hose from the switch valve to the back side of the air filter housing. Pluged the back side of the air filter housing.

4.Threw the switch valve as far as I could.

Now on cold starts I noticed the engine runs a little rough but after she warms up she runs fine. I also noticed NO MORE POPING.
Before I pat myself in the back y'all let me know how I did.
