My observations 1982 GPz 550, logging every single fill-up:
2006 (99% gasoline, 1% additives): 47-59 mpg (starting ODO 20,893)
2008 E10: 46-56 mpg (ending ODO 38,53

.

So for me, no difference worth noting.
