**Weather is the same 120 miles north of you in Central Texas - to deal with the heat I carry a gallon jug of icewater or tea in an insulated thermos like thing I found at Walmart for a few bucks. I take an occasional smoke break under shade when I can find it, and just grab a cool drink while I set and cool off. The humidity is the kicker - I was in Iraq a year and I didn't sweat this bad!
