Sorry, but you're wrong about people not keeping accurate mileage records. I've been keeping exact mileage records on all of my vehicles since I got my licence in 1957. Others here in Oregon also report 10% mileage drops since we have been forced to use 10% crappanol-laced gasoline. Yeah, as I first posted it doesn't make sense, but unfortunately it is fact.
