Excellent! In my experiences lately I found 1 1/2-2 hrs then stop then 1-1 1/2 hrs for the next stop then about every hr after that. It's not so much a butt rest as a rehydration stop b/c as the day wears on and the temperature rises more and more fluids are needed. I found I don't feel nearly as worn out when I get there by doing this.
