The fuel pump is a pulse actuated diaphragm. I would suspect the diaphragm has cracked and you are pumping gasoline into the engine through the tube that provides the pulse to the fuel pump.

The blue smoke is the thinned oil slipping past the oil control ring if my assessment is correct.

Easy fix, replace the fuel pump and change the oil.
