Congrats, and welcome to the 10R family!

First thing, take it easy for awhile till you get used to it. These bikes are monsters once you hit 7000 RPMs. Next, get rid of those stock tires as soon as you're able to. Even if you go with the non-OEM Dunlop Qualifiers, it's a HUGE upgrade. And last, take some time to get used to the front brakes. They are known to be a weak spot with these bikes. If you're inclined, replace them with ZX6R or ZX14 calipers. If not, you should be fine once you're used to them.
