If you really want a VERY custom exhaust, I'd recommend you buy some mandrel U bend exhaust in the proper ID/OD and make friends with a good TIG welder. Then get out a hack saw and start cutting. We did the following on an SR500, then had it plated (it was supposed to be nickle plate, but they chromed it in error and of course it turned blue when started up).
This one looked professional enough that a Kerker/Supertrapp employee put his card on the seat at Mid Ohio, asking where I bought it. You can pretty much do whatever you want. In the U.S. I got regular steel bends from JC Whitney. Do a google search for mandrel bent tubing. You can even go stainless.
