Yeah I'm trying to pass the time of waiting for this bike to arrive. So what better way then to talk about it.

What kind of noises can I expect to hear out of my 99 nomad? Engine noises, tranny, rattles, knocks, pings, clutch chatter, etc etc etc.

My 93 1500 vulcan had some lower engine knocking, which in another forum sounds like it could be the dampers, it also had some clutch chatter.

Just curious as to what kind of noises I can expect to hear. So when I ride it down the road I don't say AH OH!!!!
