Thanks for the reply. Its not the battery though. I just finished hooking the bike up to my car battery and it still doesn't work.

The junction box is the name Kawasaki gave the fuse box under the seat. Mine has 4 10Amp fuses in it. The junction box has two relays inside and some diodes.

Any other ideas?
