I don't know for certain on the new model, but it may be like my '02 ZX9R and wife's ZX6R. Just use the key to pop-off the passenger seat. There should be at least one hook directly beneath that seat for you to poke your helmet-strap's D-ring. Then just latch that passenger seat back down over the chinstrap and the helmet is secured.
It's much easier to use than the old-style EX500 helmet lock (but I'm still keeping her!)
