I've had chronic problems with insomnia for the past 25 years. I've tried just about everything over the years--meds (of all types), biofeedback, relaxation techniques, acupuncture... I've gone to a sleep clinic (no apnea). I'm so tired all the time I can barely function sometimes. I did come upon something that works for me, but it's illegal and expensive, so I use it sparingly. I'm going to ask my doctor, when I see her next month for my annual physical, though, if she'll submit my name for Colorado's medical marijuana program. If I can get into that program, I think I might just be able to start sleeping for the first time in 25 years. Insomnia sucks!!
