Umm.. I was 18 when i brought my bike home..
Didnt tell my parents or nothing.
Just showed up on a black 636..
Yes, there was lots of complaining and arguing, but they settled down, and now, a year and a half later.. i still have the bike.. 20 years old, and still riding.
Its up to YOU to prove to your parents that you can be trusted..
here is the reality, PEOPLE LOVE BIKES, but most of them are too scared to get out of their comfort zone, and actually ride them.. and thats why theyre scared for YOU to ride one..
My suggestion?.. pick up a ninja 250 or 500 (or a 650 if you have the money)
show your parents that its not a murder machine.. (aka, ride carefully)
and within a couple months, they wont care
