Thanks, Cary, but that is what I currently have. That cable crimp is maybe 7/16 diameter and just squeezes between the rollers and is a real pain to get back out when the weight of the plow is on it.

I had read someplace of a spring type contraption that is available which will stop that from happening, but it requires all the cable to come off the wench in order to slide that spring on.
