FS: Icon Superduty Camo Pants, Size 40

I have a pair of camoflauge Icon Super Duty pants I need to sell. They are brand new and have never been worn. I bought them for my boyfriend for his Birthday; they just ended up being too long, and we just keep forgetting to take them to the seamstress to have them hemmed. They run long, but small in the waist. They are a size 40, but would probably fit someone who wears a size 38 perfectly.

I'm asking $80/shipped within the U.S. for them.

I'll measure the inseam when I get home. He normally wears a 30" inseam. These are probably about a 33" or 34". Even with boots on and in riding position, they're too long.

Update:

Ok, so they're not quite as long as I thought (just long on my boyfriend apparently! )

The waist is exactly 39.5". The inseam is 33".

They've already been washed once (he washes everything before he even tries them on, but they've never actually be worn), so I don't expect they'll shrink at all.

i'm not sure if i could use these nee.
i thought they might work as some slip-over's,but the length is a bit short for me.
i'm a 34 and i tend to buy longer when used for riding...
i just hate it when stuff ride's up too much

Understandable dear. I was really surprised they're only 33". I think just cus they sit low (they're kinda low rise) it makes them hang longer over the boots.
